SCHEDULE BREAKS - Stand, stretch, re-hydrate and let your mind wander. It will help you to memorise your new learning
TIME-MANAGEMENT - Set aside time for learning and plan for shorter blocks. Your brain remembers information better if you learn over a period of time, with breaks and sleep in between
REDUCE DISTRACTIONS - Find a quiet place to help you focus. Turn off the TV, switch off music and close other webpages or apps
